Couples massage
Putri was wonderful! Highly recommend 🙌 Experience was super relaxing ! Better than I expected. Defiantly a 5 star service. If you have children, drop them off at the kids club and go treat yourself to the experience. You will not be disappointed.

Great
I loved the staff and Gina and Rain were wonderful during check-in! I would have given a 5 if 1) the phone in the room would have been connecting to the reception desk, it didn't go through at all, 2) the breakfast food quality was better and 3) the concierge would have picked up my luggage faster during check out. Especially for point 3, I had to pick it up myself cause I had a flight to catch…

Another great stay at Movenpick
Beautiful spa and wonderful service. Really enjoyed the couple massage with my hubbie. Komong and Ode we amazing and made sure we were well looked after. Definitely recommend! Other Movenpick facilities are also great, we especially enjoy the kids club inclusions.

Best massage in Bali. Ode and komong were wonderful. My wife and I enjoyed a 60 min couple massage, the team took time to understand our desires and then treated us with a full experience. Starting with a relaxing scented breathing exercise, I knew this was going to be different...

Hit and Miss, Service went Downhill
I'm an Accor Gold member. This is my second stay at Movenpick Bali, was looking forward to a good time. I gave this hotel 5 stars review for my first stay back in Dec 2022, but alas, how service had gone downhill. No pre-arrival email, check in experience was bad (3 requests were denied; asked for complimentary room upgrade (no availability, understandable), asked for paid upgrade (the top up amount was ridiculous), asked to settle the bill with Accor points (took a good 15 mins of time and still unresolved, front desk seemed confused). Asked for kids amenities, not available, although this is a family hotel. We sent a complaint on kids amenities issue - then after few times a Sensatia kids amenities arrived in our room. Not sure what "not available" meant, felt lied by the staff. Other than that hard products were as expected; rooms, kids club, breakfast... oh and for some reason I did not receive the usual "guest satisfaction survey" email. Makes me wonder if the staff was trying to contain the issues I faced. Stayed on 6-7 April 2024.
