What a beautiful experience with my 9yo daughter
One of the best messages I’ve had in Bali and I’ve had a few. Loved the attention to detail. Incredible service and the environment is excellent. My 9yo daughter loved it as well! Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend. Also very reasonably priced.

Excellent stay
I had a perfect three night stay. This hotel has great rooms. They're super spacious and the balcony is a real treat. The bed was super comfy too. The F&B options are so good too. I particularly liked the bar by the lobby and the pool bar/resto - which is awesome to smoke shisha at. But what distinguishes this hotel from others, is the excellent service, which is epitomised by Sharila from Guest Relations. I really appreciate her efforts in ensuring that I had a great stay. I am actually a Marriott Bonvoy loyalist but now I'm considering to stay at Accor properties more often after my great experience.

Truly amazing
One of the best hotels I have stayed in Asia. The food, service, amenities and the product it self was top notch. Hotel is right next to small mall which has few restaurants, mini supermarket and so on. The pool is massive, separate area for the kids pool (which even included slide). Has a decent size gym so you won’t feel guilty about eating and drinking so much from the restaurants and the roof top bar. Every buffet service has a separate section for local cuisine. Highly recommend anyone who comes here to try the different sambals. There’s an access path to the beach as well.

nice morning yoga
nice yoga session in the morning, feelin relaxed and recharged to start the day, nice relaxing music, great ambience and clean yoga mat, calming, surrounded by garden and pool very calming and not so sunny in the morning 8am, overall very nice

Great for families
Great spot for the kids, all staff are so friendly! Special mention to Made Sanjaya from housekeeping. He left notes and amazing towel creations that the kids loved and nothing was ever too much trouble! Mention also to the pool staff who also made each day fun!
