The most relaxing afternoon I could have wished for with the best staff and a lovely hotel
Mahmoud and Hamada treated me like royalty. I had the best afternoon being lazy by the pool, having drinks and eating chicken shawarma wrap. Hamada immediately greeted me when I entered the pool area and set up my towels and the perfect lounger in the shade. He was so helpful and friendly. Mahmoud at the bar brought me beers and a wonderful dinner I ordered poolside, and was always attentive, friendly and helpful. Both of these gentlemen made my day here at the hotel and made it something very special. I thank them immensely. Incredible service. The hotel and staff are fabulous and I will definitely return.

Excellent stay
Wonderfull hotel My group and I styed for 4 nights last week. We were very, very happy there. The room was spacious and had a wonderful bath, including a deep tub my wife enjoyed for soaking, The bed was excellent. The staff was very helpful in making arrangements for us. I had an issue with food and Ms. Tisir took an immediate action and changed for us . Best of all was amazing We had drinks by the bar and we felt welcomed by Wael and Emad bars managers they were very professional and the cocktails they serve was tasty.

Excellent stay

Room on Nile
We truly enjoyed our stay at the heaven move pick Aswan during our visit to . The hotel is tasteful decorated, a modern luxury. The room has high ceiling and large windows. Breakfast was amazing with spectacular views of nile all was welcoming thx tisir and her team
