very beautiful hotel so fastive during Ramadan Very colse to Haram and the food is also good can't say enough how they have very friendly & professional staff special thanks to Ms Lujain from guest relation for helping us through out our short stay
My stay was very nice the staff were so friendly , the hotel was next to haram it was my first time and it was wonderful, also the food was delicious and the guest relations team was friendly especially reuof , and ghala from guest service,,,,,,

During our Hajj journey, we had the privilege of staying at Mövenpick Hotel Makkah, and it was nothing short of remarkable. Our double room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Though the bathroom showed slight signs of aging, it was spotless and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff were polite, and the bellboy always greeted us with a warm smile and eagerness to help. One of the most touching aspects of our stay was the security staff at the main lobby entrance. Each time we passed, they offered us genuine smiles, warm salaams, and heartfelt duahs—a small gesture that brought immense comfort and peace. In the restaurant, Rashid, a truly exceptional waiter, consistently went above and beyond. Even in a buffet setting, he personally served us, ensuring we were comfortable and cared for. But the highlight of our experience came on Monday, 19th May. After returning late from ziaraat around 10:30 PM, we thought we had missed dinner. Instead, we were amazed to find that the restaurant manager had kept the entire buffet open just for us. The staff waited patiently until midnight, never rushing us, treating us with the same kindness and warmth as if it were regular hours. This wasn’t just hospitality—it was genuine care and compassion. To Rashid (restaurant waiter), to the restaurant manager, the smiling security staff, the bell boys, to the housekeeping staffs namely Istiyak and his colleagues and the entire Mövenpick team—thank you for making our Hajj stay so memorable. Your kindness and service will forever stay in our hearts. For anyone planning a pilgrimage, Mövenpick Makkah is a place where hospitality is truly heartfelt.
