瑞享吉达城市之星酒店

It's a very old hotel with just basic amenities. Gym equipment is a decade old totally outdated. Rooms are small with bad smell. Bathroom is really not up to the standards. Bus pick up drop from airport both ways was done in a very old mini bus which was really run down. No curtains to save us from extreme heat from outside. Air conditioning is pathetic. This hotel needs renovation for sure.

Abdullah was very helpful during and took good care of us at check in and other too we checked with a lot of bags and Ahmed was super ! Checkout was smooth with Marayam & nawaf Room 706 was spacious The looks are much better than they look Breakfast was delicious with Rajendra giving us awesome Parathas and other goodies Somwya was very warm at breakfast I would highly recommend the hotel

Very friendly staff. Hanif was great in the restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area nice. Small but decent gym area. Showers are great. Didn't have a bath bit bathroom area very pleasant. Air conditioning is very powerful. Would recommend.

F&b team was amazing. And Hanif was amazing 😍. Hotel room was amazing and I would love to visit again. It is made totally aesthetic and I had amazing time here. It would be more great if you can add Indian food in breakfast menu. Overall it was good.

Was graet stay room are very clean also the staff are verey friendly the housekeeping and Front office they helpful also they have nice swimming pool it will be my socnd home here in Jeddah the mesr hotel every also they have late check out untill 2 pm
