Holiday well spent
Very good experience, and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, and the views amazing. Lots of activities for kids, along the pool and the beach. A special thanks to Hagar and the rest of the reception team for being so professional and customer oriented.

Mövenpick Resort El Sokhna – Honest Review ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) Pros: • Beautiful location by the sea with scenic mountain views. • Staff was responsive on the second day, especially in handling the fly issue. Cons: • Early check-in was not facilitated despite request. • No soft drinks included at breakfast or dinner – only basic options provided. • No snacks available during the day, which is unusual for a resort of this class. • Room was small and did not meet expectations. • Telephone was obsolete, dirty, and not working – unacceptable for any hotel room. • Air conditioning was extremely loud, disturbing sleep. • Hand wash holder was broken, showing poor room maintenance. • Personal care products (hand wash and lotion) were synthetic, unscented, and low quality – not up to Accor brand standards. Recommend sourcing a supplier with more universally accepted, pleasantly scented products. • Late check-out was only allowed until 1:30 PM, even as an Accor member, which was disappointing. Conclusion: The resort has potential thanks to its location and responsive staff, but serious attention is needed in room maintenance, amenities, and guest privileges. Expectations were higher given the Mövenpick and Accor brand.

Ain elsokhna resort
Mado and Animation team are so nice and friendly, I really appreciate their support and efforts to make us happy and excited to stay a beautiful vacation, our room was so clean and comfortable, the food is delicious and fresh 🌹🌹 I like the place overall to come again and again 😍😍
