I spent six days at the hotel on vacation. The staff were accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was cleaned daily to my expectation. The gym was available and staff were helpful. I received spa services and the therapist, Jerryl was superb and friendly. The bar staff were obliging and service was great. The food in the restaurant was delicious and staff were hospitable. It was an awesome stay and I definitely would stay at this location again.
I recommend massage with Jerryl, incredible experience. Never seen before such Hammam services. Good place for Hotel if you’ll need to stay between City and airport. Breakfast is » à la carte » The ambassador suite is completely sublim, with two rooms.
The hotel was very wonderful and the most beautiful in this spa. They have a girl named Manal who was very wonderful in dealing with customers and her style was elegant. It was a wonderful experience in massage. Thank you for having a manal ❤️❤️.

Received a 90 minute deep tissue massage from Jerryl. She quickly assessed all the tight spots and did her magic. She is an excellent massage therapist. I will definitely choose her when I visit Bahrain. The spa is beautiful and relaxing a must do if you visit.
