Excellent friendly stay!
Great hotel space and luxury. Friendly, polite and competent staff speaking English which is not common in Vietnam. Fantastic stay. Hotel restaurant manager Tung offers highest support and advices. Organized non forgettable dinner for our group when celebrating wedding anniversary of our friends!

My family’s first time staying at MÖVENPICK Resort Waverly in Phu Quoc, my family had received one of the best customer service to have experienced at any hotel around the world. We want to specifically thank a waitress name Mii, who works at Islander restaurant within the hotel. Her etiquette and care towards my family was very appreciative and it is the little thoughts and gestures from her that shows the MÖVENPICK RESORT know how to train their staff in a very professional way

Beautifull place
Great hotel, very good location with so nice beach! Everything is organised very well, with lot of staff in every area of hotel. The Islanders restaurant is very good, waiter Martin is very nice and knows anout food and wines a lot. Beach is clean and easy accesable.

Must stay while in phuquoc
Accor All the way, Movenpick a premium luxary hotel with massive swimming pool with infinite sea at backdrop ...very clean Hotel, huge landscape and gardening ...beautiful private beach ...foam party every Saturday was awesome experience...very supporting n enthusiasts staff ... Check in smooth Bed quality excellent Linen quality excellent Toilliteries excellent Room soundproofing, ok Spot less clean Very nice restaurant and staff Chocolate hours every noon is a treat Free pick up n drop from airport However the hotel is in-between of no where ...citi center is not near ...limited free packed drinking waiter ...no restaurant or shopping nearby ...however there is department store outside the main gate ( 10 mins walk from hotel ) However hotel provides a free buggy to the main gate to buy grocessories or drinks / snacks I will recommend this hotel , it made my holiday a great memory I'm coming back for sure !
