Good stay and friendly staff
"This time the stay was different from the last time. Not only was the room upgraded, but there was also a private check-in area for platinum members. There is also a restaurant that provides breakfast exclusively for Platinum members. But unfortunately, the waiters in the restaurant may not have been well trained. When we entered the restaurant for breakfast, they only asked us for our room number. After we chose our seats, they did not ask if we wanted tea or coffee. . . . The Aura Beach club staff were very helpful during the happy hour provided by the hotel。 This stay is generally very satisfactory, and I am very grateful for the hotel's arrangements.

Pleasant stay!
This resort is truly amazing, especially the private beach. The breakfast, service and room were great! Would definitely come back again. Ky and An were attentive to our needs and were super friendly :) This resort is truly amazing, especially the private beach.

A wonderful holiday at Mövenpick Phu Quoc
Beautifully located hotel with a beautiful beach. Decorated very nicely and comfortably. Beautiful and well-kept plants outside. Hotel employees are very nice and helpful. We are in Vietnam for the first time and we are very pleased with the hotel. Delicious breakfasts and wonderful service. We will gladly come back here. Special thanks to Dennis, Hoa, Chloe, Sunny, Alice from the Sky Lounge, for a smile and professional service.

5-Star Experience at Mövenpick Resort Phu Quoc - A Perfect Family Getaway
Our family loved our time at Mövenpick Resort Phu Quoc! It was even better than we hoped for. From day one, the friendly staff made us feel special and took great care of us. The rooms are super clean and big enough for everyone to spread out and relax. The staff was always ready to help with anything we needed - they really went the extra mile! Our kids had a blast at the Saturday foam party by the pool! They couldn't stop laughing while playing in the bubbles - definitely a vacation highlight we'll remember. The food was a big hit too. Everything at the restaurant tasted amazing and didn't break the bank - perfect for feeding hungry kids and adults alike. We especially loved the fresh seafood and local dishes. The beach right next to the resort is gorgeous with soft sand and clear blue water. The whole place is surrounded by beautiful gardens that make it feel peaceful and tropical.

Perfect stay in Phu Qouc
It was a fantastic stay! If you’re looking for a great place for your family, this is the perfect choice. The swimming pool, beach, food, and Kids’ Club were all wonderful experiences. A big thank you to the lovely staff—Janie, Alice, Hoa, Chloe, Denis, and Ký!
