Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc

So, yeah, the weather wasn’t exactly perfect on our trip, but this resort totally made up for it! We came with a bunch of friends and were blown away. The place looked brand new and was super clean. We got a Pool Access room and it was totally worth the extra cash. We could just jump in the pool whenever we felt like it and chill back in our room. The foam party was insane, and the chocolate hour? Don't even get me started. Breakfast was a feast - so much to choose from! And dinner at the Islander Restaurant was super fresh and a great deal (unlike most beach resorts). Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful. I mean, you couldn't ask for a better time in Phu Quoc! We'll definitely be back and telling everyone about this place. Oh, and a big shoutout to GM Claudio and relationship manager Linh for making us feel so welcome when we checked in!

It was a beautiful honeymoon, special thanks to Nga (assistant front office manager) who upgraded us to a beautiful premium suite. The hotel was immaculate, the food was quality and the staff were amazing. They had great little events like the daily chocolate hour and the foam pool party was fun, this is what made Mövenpick so unique and stood out for us. The whole experience was amazing. Another thanks to Kevin from guest services who was incredibly helpful and very nice. He helped us navigate around the city by organising transport. When it was time to go home and our private driver from discova did not turn up he helped find another ride. Kevin and Nga gave us a truly 5 star experience and definitely come back to Mövenpick

We enjoyed our stay so much last time we immediately booked another stay. All the staff are excellent, a special shout out to Nhu in f&b department(?) as although all the staff shine, she sparkles! Also mention Vu (f&b) and Lynh, Anh and Gai (reservations?) plus chef Duc. The beach at the resort is kept clean and safe bathing in the sea most of the time. The two main pools are big and there is enough shade to keep out of the sun when relaxing by the pool. There is a choice of restaurants, offering various cuisines and the buffet breakfasts have ample choices. For those who don't like a shortish stroll, there are buggy rides always available around the grounds. The rooms are spacious and (usually) quiet. Near to the main gate is a bus stop for the "green bus"..a free bus which can take you to various places of interest. We are already planning our next visit!

This was the first time I came to Phu Quoc. My family decided to choose Movenpick as a resort destination. The resort is very beautiful, green view, beach, and very clean swimming pool. Besides, there are many more activities for staying guests. The food is delicious, diverse and rich. Especially impressed with the very friendly, enthusiastic and professional staff at Islander Restaurant (Mr. Juan). I will come back with my friends next month. Looking forward to the upcoming trip. Good Hotel, nice service, Martin gave us a good memory because his good service. And the kids club stuff also very nice. The environment is beautiful and the beach is very clean. It is worth visiting the beach.😗😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
