Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc

Our holiday to Vietnam was made even more memorable thanks to the incredible team at The Movenpick. We stayed in a 3 bedroom beachfront villa, right on the beach with its own private pool. The villa was exceptional - incredibly spacious and modern. All team members went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for — the kind of hospitality that genuinely stays with you. A very special mention to Dennis (Phoung) Chloe, Alice, and Hoa at the Waverley Lounge, who made our mornings such a pleasure. They remembered our preferences from the very first day — from how we liked our eggs cooked to our favorite drinks — and always greeted us with the warmest smiles. It was the perfect start to each day. Alex at the Islander Restaurant was equally fantastic, always attentive and friendly, making sure every meal was a delight. And we can’t forget Hgu, San San and Sunny who seemed to be everywhere at once, offering help and service with such energy and enthusiasm. Their attention to detail and kind nature really stood out. No doubt we have missed some names however everyone was extremely welcoming. The food at the restaurants was superb and the team went above and beyond in every way. Their genuine friendliness and professionalism made us feel like part of the family. We can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service, and we highly recommend The Movenpick as a great resort on Phu Quoc. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Stayed here from 20th to 24th of April to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Appreciate the complimentary room upgrade to the suite room and the surprised birthday cake for my partner. A big thanks aswell to Owen (concierge/bellman) who helped us to arrange a private driver to explore Phu Quoc, and to Alex at Islander Restaurant who always assist us whenever we dine in. Over all it was a great experience and we would love to comeback next time.

We have vacation with our family at Mövenpick Phuquoc. Staff at 8th floor breakfast are very thoughtful and enthusiastic. Especially, Hoa Alice Dennis Chloe, they support my family because my family were vegetarian. The dish was very delicious and the taste. We will comeback.

Spent 3 nights at the Movenpick Waverly and was very impressed by grounds and staff. Especially the buffet service we had at 8th floor restaurant for breakfast - which had a lovely atmosphere. Alice, Dennis (Phong), Chloe and Hoa were extremely courteous and attentive with nothing left to be desired. Dennis took some great photos of us at the beautiful terrace there too :) Buffet options were plentiful and delicious as well! Cảm ơn nhiều!!
