Reviews
Location was in a commercial area so nothing special as such , service was very good and can't complain, specially the concierge Quite a few restaurants around their roof top restaurant had good view and service Breakfast was very nice and the team was amazing, really looked after their guests Room was dated and needed work broken lights and some other loose ends made a little not so good impact The building outside looks very old and dilapidated Not a Mövenpick material I will still give a 4 star rating that is for service
We stayed here for a night before starting our tour of Morocco. We stayed in a deluxe suite and the accommodation was fab - well worth the small additional charge (a huge bedroom, living room, walk in wardrobe and bathroom). Everything was clean and as it should be. Breakfast was plentiful, a wide selection (but awful coffee!!!). Great service from the staff there too. Warm, genuine and friendly. My only criticising where they would do better is on check in and communication. We arrived late and were greeted by a very friendly and charming gentleman on reception who checked us in. He didn’t offer any information such as breakfast times and the process seemed to take a long time (although I admit I was tired and grouchy after a flight delay). The WiFi wasn’t working and rather than apologise and point this out there was nothing. After check in I tried to call to ask how to connect and there was no response. I came to reception and was informed there was a problem. Ok these things happen but it’s point it out and answer the phone. I must be fair to the hotel, they did contact me immediately on receiving my feedback and offer me some loyalty points as an apology. I gladly accepted the gesture. I could easy give the hotel 5/5 if they just improved these little details. I can’t comment on food or drinks other than breakfast, nor the location as we arrived and departed by car. In the round I would stay again.
Very nice polite staff, high standard of housekeeping.sarah our housekeeper was very efficient and polite.room service was fantastic, local information was very easy.arrabged taxi for us at very reasonable rates.tourist information easily available.
The hotel itself is stunning with comfortable rooms impeccably maintained spaces and hight quality service every staff member goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere The guest relation hajar was absolutely fantastic warm professional and always available to meet our needs thank u so much hajar
The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. The front desk will exchange currency for you in whatever dollars you have. We had breakfast in the hotel a couple of time but ate mostly in one of the surrounding restaurants which were very inexpensive and gave you plenty of food. I got a haircut from a barber shop close by which the barber was excellent. The hotel does laundry but there are shops nearby that wash clothes also, all depends on how much you have and are willing to spend. Taxis are 24/7 in the area so that’s not a problem but the cheapest way to go is public transportation. This is a tramway (Streetcar) that goes right by the hotel. You just have to understand the stops of where you want to go. The small taxis travel just in the city. Only certain taxis are allowed to travel to and from the airport. Just let the hotel front desk where you want to go and they’ll help you get there. There was a doorman at the entrance to the hotel everyday. We tipped him everyday, they’re all very nice. We will be making a trip back to Morocco in the future, definitely worth a second visit!
