We stayed there 2 days before our dki trip to Club Med Samoens. Great location. Close to terminal and close to tram station for trips downtown But the highlight of this hotel is the service. Fantastic service from the time we checked in to the moment we checked out. Julien at reception is the best !!!

I had the worst experience in this hotel, not recommended at all. The staff there was so rude and had discrimination issues. My problem was before my last day, i arrived to the hotel saturday 4th of Jan 2025 at 7 PM, i saw coffee in the reception displayed for buying (5.95 fr) i wanted to buy one, and went to the guy in the reception asking if i want one of these how will i pay it, now or it will be added to the room when i check out. He got very angry and starting doing expressions and saying what this question, you get something you buy for it, i told him what’s wrong why are u talking like this it’s just a question, he told me because this is not a kind of questions to be asked then he talked to his colleague in language i don’t understand but i can say he was making fun of me. Then my friend came and asked him something about the room she wanted extra pillow, he told her mmm we are busy now, she got very frustrated and asked the other one to bring a manager to make a complaint, he told her that we don’t have a manager, she asked him how come, he informed her “that’s the magic of the hotel” and the rest are laughing at this. They are so rude not recommended at all, please don’t go there. otherwise they will make fun of you and tell you that’s the magic of the hotel.

We arrived to a warm welcome. The hotel is very clean, lovely bar area with great drinks and delicious cocktails. Booked a family room, so spacious, comfortable beds and pillows and lots of towels too. Great stay before heading to the slopes. Thank you so much!

Great Service from the whole team. Maxime was outstanding 👏 and went out of the way to help us have a good experience for Christmas morning. Fantastic experience at breakfast at Movenpick. Staff and chef were very kind and even packed some takeaway food for us. Alfredo fantastic chef. Thank you.

I spent about a week at the Movenpick for a workshop.The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and has a hotel shuttle every twenty minutes.The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough for a business trip.The conference room is adequate and the staff are very friendly and helpful.The breakfast is standard.
