I stay every other week at the Mövenpick Hotel due to business. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming. Especially Samy, who is working at the reception, is very attentive. He recognizes many of the regular guests and is always up for a little chat. Whenever I need something, like a late check-out, for example, he arranges it without hesitating. Thank you. I can surely recommend staying at the Mövenpick. It’s close to the airport; grocery stores and restaurants are close by; and you can reach the city center within 15 minutes by tram.

The concierge Pedro was so helpful and cheerful. We appreciated the kindness. The room had a great view and was super spacious and clean. The location near the airport was so convenient and the free shuttle ride to the airport was the cherry on top. We would come back here any time.

Rude, not welcoming and not friendly at all especially Samy at the front office who was horrible. He is not suitable at all to face clients, full of bad attitude and extremely rude, he doesn’t even know how to choose appropriate words when addressing clients. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Geneva. It just started so bad from the beginning.

Great service with awesome Tepanyaki show done by Jaime for our kids. The rest of the staff were extremely professional and helpful and the food was great too!
