good service
I spent here just one bussiness trip night in February but I can say the rooms are comfortable and clean, service was perfect. Delicious dinner with good restaurant service. A very good breakfast was nice extra to what I had expected. Fair price in the end. Therefore I can recommend this hotel for business travelers.

Výborné prostředí. Úžasný výhled na panoramata a vše potřebné k dispozici. Čistota především. Nic nám nechybělo. Parádní
Čisté prostředí. Postel každý den čisté provlečená. V koupelně dostatek ručníků každodenně vyměněné. Stálé doplnění drogistických potřeb. Postýlka pro dítě připravena včetně všech věcí pro něj. Židlička na jídlo pro dítě také k dispozici.

Freundliche, aber unkompetente Reception
Obwohl Einzelzimmer gebucht, war das Notbett (Sofa) als Bett hergerichtet. Was aber wirklich sehr störend ist: Die Damen an der Reception sind zwar wirklich sehr freundlich, aber sie scheinen nicht wirklich dafür ausgebildet zu sein. Anders kann ich mir meinen jährlich Ärger mit blockierten Beträgen auf meiner Kreditkarte nicht erklären. Auch dieses Jahr muss ich wieder intervenieren, dass ein 3-stelliger Betrag frei gegeben wird.

Muy buen hotel con habitaciones muy amplias y camas muy cómodas. El desayuno es muy sabroso y con muchas opciones y de muy buena calidad. La atención de las recepcionistas es muy buena. Tienen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto pero tiene costo.
