Mövenpick Zurich Regensdorf

Rooms are ok. Small. Clean bathrooms. Location is quite far from the center but there is a small shopping area beside the hotel. Breakfast spread is plentiful. Nice staff in the breakfast area. Downside : Rude and unwelcoming female receptionists. They just give you a poker face when you ask something, not even smiling or expressing any reaction. Quite weird. Slow housekeeping service.

My family and I stayed here for 1 night when we arrived in Zurich. It seems to be about halfway between the airport and the city center. It is right next to a large shopping mall which was handy because our luggage did not arrive and we had to purchase many items. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Late checkout was available for 10CHF/hour which was reasonable and handy for us. Internet was fast and reliable for remote work. The rooms are clean and roomy. The restaurant inside has a nice ambiance and decent Italian food. The hotel is great in general, but not in the right location for general tourism for people wanting to visit the city center, unless you have a vehicle or okay with Uber/Bolt.

Away from the city center but still accessible by train or Bolt (cheaper than Uber). Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood and mall next door. Very affordable and definitely will return.

A beautiful hotel with a clean and cosy hotel. Very warm and helpful staff. It's well located and near the city center and has a mall next to it. The breakfast served is very lavish and good. A feel good stay and it has an Italian restaurant which is beautifully done though I did not get a chance to enjoy the meal there. Hotel has vehicle paid parking facility.

Rooms were quite nice, the restaurant staff attentive but the reception team member Yelize was informed about our bathroom drainage getting flooded but no action was taken & they expect the guests to pay a fine of approximate 250 euros if the water flows on the carpet from the bathroom cubicle! Not appreciated at all!
