Couldn’t fault the Hotel great service lovely supportive staff Only thing that was disappointing being a tourist the shop ( I know it did not belong to the Hotel) It was hardly open surely the contract for the shop should be 9-5pm daily How can you post your postcards but a stamp Also the souvenir shop just by the Hotel closed gone on holiday 😳 The thousands of tourist everywhere and it’s closed!!!!!!
Mövenpick Amsterdam City Hotel My wife and I had 6 nights in a Junior Suite of the Hotel prior to a recent river cruise, our 4th stay at this hotel and we could not have been happier with the experience. The accommodation is first class and the access to the Executive Lounge adds to the enjoyment of the stay, very much due to the excellent staff who attended to us during our stay. We had a chance to briefly meet Remco Groenhuijzen, the General Manager and it is clear that the pursuit of excellence by the staff for guests starts at the top. They made us feel special and nothing was too much for them do in fulfilling one 's needs. We particularly want to thank the following staff for their professionalism and personable approach: Jessica, Fredericko, Domenico, Princess, Fiona Our sincere thanks!
I stayed two nights at the Movenpick Amsterdam City Centre and it was very poor. Apart from the convenient location and nice views, the hotel is very disappointing with a cheap feel throughout (Ibis type experience). The internet is the worst I have experienced in years. The service was average for the high prices charged. Overall an hotel I will avoid in the future.
I had a great experience in this hotel. The staff is very friendly. Very accommodating and very professional. Ferit, bilal, reyhan, thank u for providing exceptional service and making my stay pleasant. Great team work. Great staff!!!!!
We stayed in a superior king room for 3 nights and were very comfortable. The room was clean and facilities well presented. The only complaint was regarding the TV services, we had problems accessing programs throughout our stay. Other than that we would happily stay there again if needing to take either an ocean going or river cruise.
