Originally launched in 2010, the Marina Club quickly became a sought-after destination, welcoming hundreds of guests to indulge in live music, gourmet cuisine, and a vibrant atmosphere, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of historic tall ships. Easily accessible from Amsterdam Central Station, the Marina Club provides a seamless blend of elegance and excitement, accommodating groups of up to 500 people for an unforgettable SAIL experience.

The Marina Club is live and bookable everyday of Sail from 12:00 - 00:00.

During the week of Sail, Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre invites you to book a 3-night stay and enjoy the views of the event from the comfort of your room. With the Sail Experience package you will be treated to a Welcome cocktail and Oyster in our Lobby & Lounge as well as a complimentary Mövenpick Ice cream.

Frequently asked questions

During Sail (August 20 - 24) the hotel will only be accissible by foot or bicycle. 

This is a pop-up event hosted on the terrace of Movenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre, exclusively for Sail. The space is made up of multiple food stations, two fully-stocked bars, an ice cream kart, dance floor as well as indoor and outdoor seating area. 

The Movenpick Marina Club is offered to groups of up to 500 pax. It can be booked out entirely by one group, or shared but the event does not sell inidividual tickets.

SAIL-In on the 20th of August is spectacular kick-off to the event. In previous years, our guests have particularly enjoyed the evening packages as this is concluded by a firework display. For those looking to enjoy more of the sunshine we suggest the noon-tide package.
