Awesome place. Friendly staff to help you all out. Me and wife were made comfortable with all our queries being on vacation and sightseeing. Special mention for Ms. Haan & Ms. Tina from the front desk. And don't miss the sumptuous breakfast. Yummy and healthy. Will definitely visit another time if opportunity comes.

We had a lovely experience at the Movenpick and the desk staff was wonderful. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed very comfortable. I appreciated how sound-proof the rooms were. We were able to sleep very well without hearing noises from the hallway or other rooms nearby. Our only complaint....No coffee or water were replenished in the room by housekeeping during our 5 day stay, even though we were told at check-in that we would receive additional coffee and water each day. One time I was able to grab some from a housekeeping cart in the hallway, but it was surprising that our room would be cleaned each day without additional supplies added.

My son and I stayed, only for one night, due to an error in our travel plans. We were lost and the reception staff went above and beyond to help us. Hotel is so perfect, clean and amazing staff. One of the reception staff I bumped into in the elevator, said he found the place we were seeking. Thank you, and thank you to all that helped us, ohhh and my son loved the free brownies lol.

Busy hotel located very close to where the river cruises depart from. Viking cruises check in was in the lobby of the hotel which made it very busy and a little bit annoying if you weren't travelling with Viking. But it was a 2 min walk to where our River cruise was departing from so nice and easy for us as well. (AmaWaterways) Can walk from the station, takes about 10min. We stayed in a junior suite which had a king bed in the bedroom and there were doors separating it from the lounge area where there was a sofa bed, very comfortable , nice bedding. The bathroom was very modern with a walk in shower. Breakfast - wow , what a spread everything you could want
