The location is very central and at the same time on a very quiet street. Shops, restaurants, tourist attractions are within a easy walking distance. I love it when my loyalty to Accor is being appreciated and rewarded by the hotels. Thank you for the attention for my birthday! I got a spacious room with a very nice balcony. The room and bathroom are nicely furnished. The bed is comfy. Breakfast was tasty and there was enough to choose from. Just a pity that for a fresh omelette you must pay extra. But there is enough other food to choose from. I do recommend this place and I’ll stay here again on my next visit to the Hague.
Liked this hotel. It's a bit more quiet than most of the other big chains in the city. Good levels of service and nice breakfast. Accommodation is well appointed. Good location being right in the centre but on a quiet side street so no noise. Can highly recommend.
We had a great stay in Den Haag. The location is great. The rooms are very comfortably furnished. We had a standard room The staff, from the reception to the cleaning staff, were extremely friendly and attentive. Great breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay at this hotel in our next visit to Den Haag
I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. A special mention goes to Aymen in the breakfast area—he was incredibly helpful and always made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and hospitality!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent - calm yet close to great shops and restaurants - and the corner suite with a balcony offered great views. The restaurant was a highlight, serving amazing food. Special mentions go to the carpaccio and the crème brûlée. Overall, we had a great stay with a lovely dinner. Breakfast wasn’t exceptional but was still decent—nothing to complain about. That is, until check-out. I booked the junior suite using suite night upgrades (SNU), a perk for Accor Platinum/Diamond members. Upon check-in, I confirmed with the staff that the SNU was properly applied. Though they seemed a bit unsure, they assured me everything was in order. At check-out, I reviewed my folio and noticed I was charged the full price for the room, with no credit for the SNU. Luckily, I was still at the hotel, so I approached the front desk to have this corrected. The (presumably) Front Office Manager dismissed my concern, claiming I needed to resolve it directly with Accor and that nothing could be done on their end. I explained how SNUs work, and he said he would "reimburse" the SNU but refused to adjust the full room charge. This response felt unacceptable. After some back-and-forth, he went to consult with someone in the back office. Since I had a train to catch and the process was taking too long, I called the Accor Platinum line, which graciously resolved the issue. In summary, the hotel and restaurant are excellent, but I strongly recommend the General Manager provides refresher training for the team on how suite night upgrades work. This would prevent unnecessary stress for guests. Additionally, if the front desk is unclear about a situation, they should take a moment to clarify with colleagues instead of offering improvised answers that can come across as dismissive.
