A perfect luxury family vacation
If I could rate this 10 star I would! This resort is the perfect luxury family holiday. From the moment we arrived our experience was 11/10. We arrived on 7th July and were overwhelmed to find we had been upgraded to a luxury 2 bedroom villa!!!! Everything from that point on was just as incredible. The pool and beach facilities are just exquisite and the buffet breakfast the most extensive I have ever seen. Our accommodation was beyond perfect. Aura Beach Club is the perfect vibe for happy hour drinks and relaxed family beachside dinners. We had a lovely driver for the week named Duong who showed us all around Phu Quoc and took wonderful care of us. I really cannot thank all the staff at Mövenpick enough for the hospitality and their hard work to make each families vacation a special memory.

A Flawless Experience at Movenpick Phu Quoc - Highly Recommended!
We had the most fantastic time at Movenpick Phu Quoc during our visit in June 2025. From the moment I booked, the pre-arrival communication was excellent, setting the tone for a truly welcoming experience. The staff here are simply phenomenal - so incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. Our pool villa was a highlight: modern, exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully spacious. A special mention goes to the team for their proactive approach; they emailed me beforehand to ask about any special requests. This really paid off as they perfectly managed a birthday celebration booking at their restaurant, making it a memorable and satisfying experience for us. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but it's truly the dedicated and professional team that makes Movenpick Phu Quoc shine. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone visiting Phu Quoc. The General Manager clearly leads an outstanding team!

Nga Le’s service made our stay amazing
Everything was spotless, from the room to the lobby. You can tell they take hygiene and cleanliness seriously here. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They greeted us with genuine smiles and were always ready to help, no matter the time.
