Islander and the staff
It is a beautiful hotel/resort, excellent location and all the staff are very friendly especially Tran, who was super helpful and kind. She gave excellent recommendations and was very generous. Would definitely recommend people to come

I had a wonderful experience here, the resort design is gentle, minimalist, polite staff, electric car service available 24/24, private beach area to sit and watch the beautiful sunset. In particular, there is also a chocolate party every afternoon that is quite interesting. Will definitely come back

Compliments to Tilo for his kind assistance to us.
We like to specially thank Tilo for his help and assistance to us. He saw that we had difficulty communicating with the grab guy and he offer to assist us. Later on, he also help us translate through a difficult conversation as the grab guy was very unreasonable. Tilo has really been a great helo to us. I really recommend him for any customer service award or any recognition that this hotel has. Appreciate it.

Wonderful relaxing holiday
Fantastic resort with kind and welcoming staff. The facilities are neat and clean and the location is wonderful. A nice holiday location for couples and families with also small children. The restaurant staff are very attentive and check in staff make things very easy

Wonderful trip 😍
I recently spent three nights at this resort. I must admit that everything was excellent: friendly service, tasty meal, and stunning surroundings. The breakfast at Islander was brilliant, and the restaurant had a view of the sea. Martin, the member of the staff, was very friendly and always had a smile on his face when he spoke to me. Even though it frequently rained in the afternoon during my four days here, I was still able to enjoy the stunning view from the swimming pool.
