Lovely family holiday!
Stayed in a family room, ample space with a nice sunset view. Service was impeccable which made the stay really enjoyable for the family. Would recommend and definitely come back again

Beautiful villas, very poor service.
Villa is potentially excellent. However the noisy air conditioning unit outside was malfunctioning and creating such a noise that we were unable to use 1 of the 3 bedrooms. No attempt was made to resolve this. Fairly average to poor customer experience overall. Always excuses and empty apologies with zero attempt to resolve. Simply not good enough for the price paid.

The servers of Altitude 8 was very nice and kind to the kids especially Anh and Tuyen. They are the reason we will come again.😊
