What truly made our stay five-star was the impeccable service from every single member of the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness made us feel truly valued. Also, special thanks to Joey for his exceptional services and professionalism.
Joey, Chompoo, Cindy, and Gib were so helpful! All the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, would definitely recommend!
I highly recommend this hotel — the staff are incredibly friendly, the property is very beautiful, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
We purchased a luxury escapes package for 6 nights. Our accomodation was beautiful, overlooked the pool with a big balcony. Pool was a 1 bedroom , but it had a large separate area for the bath toilet and shower. Both toilet and shower had their own door. The whole apartment was spacious with a lovely sitting area. We ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant there everyday. They had the most beautiful poached eggs and nice pineapple juice. The entire staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Special mention to a lady named New who went above and beyond . We will stay here again.
Great stay at the Mövenpick Asara Resort & Spa Hua Hin. This is a ver laid back resort with well appointed rooms: I stayed in a ‘Terrace Suite Lagoon’ which was very spacious and had every comfort one could desire. The dedicated terrace was a nice touch. Apart from the well diversified breakfast buffet I did not try the food offerings at this resort (my goal was to explore local restaurants in town; incidentally I found two small gems: Nana and Ken’s kitchen – Google them, you will not be disappointed), but the Thai restaurant at the sea side looked very tempting. The resort is located at a very quiet part of town and not directly at the spectacular Hua Hin public beach – but they have regular shuttles running to and from the city and the public beach. Having said that they have more than ample space and loungers to relax and stretch out without the annoying game of “towel reservations”. Staff to me make the difference between good and great and this is where the Mövenpick really shines. It is very obvious that the friendly, hands-on approach by the GM Paul as well as his deputy, Joey, has a very positive impact on all staff: seems like a large family. This is leading by example at it’s best. One staff member that deserves a special shout out is K. Chompoo (her nickname) at the beach bar. She is charming, efficient and fun to talk to. Happy hours at her bar were a highlight of my stay.
