Very good stay in the good location , the room is a bit old but nice. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. And all staff are nice , freindly and professional

Excellent value for the price you pay, but the hotel needs to be renovated ASAP. I think that for the rate the hotel charges you get a lot for your money. We had a nice size room with a sofa, toiletries, there is the chocolate fondue at 4 pm, nice buffet breakfast, and excellent location. However, the hotel has seen better days, carpet is worn out in the hallways, bed is hard as a rock, bathroom is tiny, no room to move. The room was clean but old. Breakfast had egg to order, fruit, yogurt, coffee. Staff was not very attentive and we had to remind them to bring us coffee a couple of times. The night bazaar is downstairs from the hotel, as well as many massage places. Front desk staff is nice and accommodating. If you are on a low budget you definitely get your money’s worth. If you are looking for luxury go elsewhere.

This is a great hotel right in the heart of Chiangmai For the price paid it offers excellent value It’s been renovated well and the public areas, the vip lounge, the wine bar, the lobby and the pool are all really good The suite is enormous, it may be a little dated but it is clean and has everything you need and for the price on the website the value is excellent There are lots of nice extras in this hotel like the complimentary chocolate hour every day at 4pm with delicious chocolate fondue What really sets this hotel apart is the excellent customer service we would like to thank Gikki on front desk, but most of all we would like to thank Nuchy who offers customer service that can not be matched in any other hotel in Chiangmai We will look forward to staying again in the future

Hote rooms abit dated but since our rooms were all upgraded, we were extremely satisfied with the big size of the suite. Staff were great, front office staff-superb. Lobby lounge staff can be improved as we need to keep calling from them outside the outdoor cafe. Breakfast is reasonably good. Swimming pool, tiny bit too small but at least cmthe bar is operational. Just opp Marriot and 50m away from Hardrock Chiangmai.

We loved this hotel! You step right outside into the night market but inside the hotel we had a rear facing view and couldn’t hear any noise. There are a lot of negative comments regarding the pool area but the hotel have took these comments on board and have spruced up the area with a colourful Muriel , big plants , shaded tent area above a section of the pool and have put unbrellas and nice loungers around the area. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice for all countries tastes. And chocolate hour was a lovely touch!
