Great location and easy access for local food. Night market is just at main street . Staff is friendly and especially Ms Nuchy where she give me a good services. Since i am Accor Platinum. got free room upgrade and complimentary airport transfer. Evening cocktail food is great

great location and within walking distance to local food and nigher market well taken care by hotel staff especially Ms Nuchy with her care and hospitality. Will define stay there again in near future. Breakfast is good and hotel upgrade my room due to i am accor platinum member.

This hotel is very, very old and tired. Tread bare carpet. Marked walls and plaster coming off some places. Shower kept going hot and cold. Bed hard even with a topper pad. The staff and food is nice.

We spent 6 nights here; and being Accor Platinum members appreciated the upgrade to a suite on the 6th floor. The suite we were given had minimal natural light, and so we asked for a room change; which Nushy was so helpful in organising. The one we moved into was so much better, with more windows and light. The Exec lounge was lovely, and Nushy, Noom, and the other people there took care of us really well. The welcome gift was a nice touch, and delicious. During our stay, we had a few general questions for the front desk staff, and they were always so helpful in assisting us. Breakfast was average, but sufficient. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient And finally, the location is fantastic. Close to the walled city, the night markets, and the river. Just perfect!

Very good stay in the good location , the room is a bit old but nice. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. And all staff are nice , freindly and professional
