Don’t come here. It’s a 0* Movenpick ever. 1. The room is super dirty and smell very bad. There is dust everywhere. 2. The key card always failed to open the room as this hotel is super old their keys need to activate every hour. 3. The service is very poor. A/C is not working and staffs are lack of communication night shift do not want to talk to day shift and whatever your request will be ignored. 4. Breakfast is not worth for 33 CHF because there are only few selections 5. The parking fee is very expensive for no reason.

this must be the worst hotel I have stayed in, the first room I was given, had a dreadful smell, no heating, a continual dripping noise in the Hotel, TV did not work. I was given another room after complaining, the heating and TV worked but that was all, I have never seen such a disgusting bathroom, full of black mold, Toilet looked as it have never been cleaned, no plug in the cracked wash basin, Kettle had live wires showing. I had to wait until I got to the airport before I could take a shower. I spoke with the manager and showed him the photos, he was horrified, told me it hasn't been renovated for 20 years, that is no excuse for not cleaning.

First of all. The staff is great. The hotel itself however is a disaster. The rooms are dusty and the interior is very worn out. Most of the sinks and tubs don't drain properly. During summer it gets so hot that it's impossible to sleep. During winter the rooms get very cold because there is no heating in the room. You have to ask for a small portable heater of you want heat. All the rooms that are facing the highway are super noisy, it sounds like the windows are open even when closed.

Place is falling apart and bad for health and safety. Before I write my experience, I would highly commend the staff who go out of way to help. I stayed during Summer 2023 at the peak Heat Wave. There is an ongoing issue with Air Conditioning and it is terrible to have no air conditioning working when temperatures are so high that you cannot sleep at night. I have stayed for business along with most of my colleagues and it became more and more difficult because Movnpick Air Conditioning is not being fixed at all by the company. At the time of writing review, it is almost December, since air conditioning is still an issue, every single room is extremely cold. Staff is trying to provide extra blankets and heaters, which is adhoc. I have decided not to stay at Movnpick anymore. The staff is extremely accommodating and understanding, they try their best to help customers. The place has become a health and safety hazard in absence of the basic facilities for their staff and their customers.

Good and very clean hotel with free shuttle to Zurich Airport which takes barely 5 minutes. Nice room with comfortable bed and especially the bar offers great service and good working conditions. The perfect spot if you need to stay overnight at Zurich airport.
