It is a standard airport hotel, but it does its function. Room was spacious and with all amenities, breakfast and restaurant are OK, staff is polite for Swiss standards. There was a problem with the airport shuttle and the guys at the reception quickly resolved it.

The rooms are modern and clean, very good facilities and great breakfast buffet. The attention to detail is really nice, wooden key cards, wooden "do not disturb" signs, a honey comb as a honey dispenser at the restaurant, and modern coffee and juice machines. A short walk to the tram or bus have you in the city in about 20 minutes. The airport is right by the hotel and they offer a shuttle service.

I came in to the hotel with a sprain on my leg, starting from duty manager Mr.Abdulla, all the team from hotel has been so helpful and polite. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for transit at Geneva or even a hotel option far from city crowd yet well connected to city.

Like all airport hotels they have a cosmopolitan feel with little real connection with the travellers but here the reception staff received us with real warmth and familiarity. We faced a small problem with our room which was quickly sorted with humour and good feeling. Similarly with the check in . As we are an aging couple the young man helped us easily through this minor blip. We have been well impressed.

The staff at the reception was really friendly I’d like to thank Abdulla for the chocolate, his customer approach , attitude and positive vibes The beef tartar was not really nice in the restaurant, like bought at the shop… The wine list is cool Room is cosy Bed is the best what it could be in the hotel
