Nice hotel
It is a very comfortable place to stay. Staff are friendly, especially Mr Shahin at reception is a nice guy. It is close to the airport and is a sufficient place for business appointments. But a little far from the city centre and I do not recommend tourisic trips.

The hotel is excellent in terms of quality, but it is very poor in terms of location, Mr. Shahin Tahmasabi, the employee of the hotel, was excellent in terms of ethics and professionalism. The breakfast was good, but not very detailed.

Very helpful and friendly staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Samy, the receptionist managed with his manager, Abdula, to give me an upgrad to a family room so that my parents could stay with me on very short notice. They even didn't charge me for the upgrade. Thank you so much!!

Good
It is a standard airport hotel, but it does its function. Room was spacious and with all amenities, breakfast and restaurant are OK, staff is polite for Swiss standards. There was a problem with the airport shuttle and the guys at the reception quickly resolved it.

Modern, Clean, Great
The rooms are modern and clean, very good facilities and great breakfast buffet. The attention to detail is really nice, wooden key cards, wooden "do not disturb" signs, a honey comb as a honey dispenser at the restaurant, and modern coffee and juice machines. A short walk to the tram or bus have you in the city in about 20 minutes. The airport is right by the hotel and they offer a shuttle service.
