This is my 3rd time to the hotel and its always good. But i stayed in the villa this time and it was a bad experience. We went with my 2 years old boy.. On the first day, my boy took a nap and after he woke up, we found ants on the bed. We request for a change of bed sheet. They did. But on the second day, the ants came back and was on my boy. It was so frustrating when they gave me the reason as rainy season. Its ridiculous. So it means that i should be ok for my boys to sleep with ants because its rainy season????

I recently stayed at Villa from August 29th to August 31st, and I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the experience. During my stay, a mouse appeared in our room. This issue caused significant distress and discomfort for my family and greatly impacted the quality of our stay. I am not sure how or when the mouse entered the room, but after discovering a dead mouse, we were unable to get any restful sleep. This situation clearly falls short of the cleanliness and safety standards expected by guests and is a very serious issue. I reported this matter to two Assistant Front Office Managers and requested appropriate compensation (a refund or discount). However, I was only told that, due to policy, such requests could not be accommodated. Instead, the only compensation I received was a late check-out and airport transfer. (If a refund or discount had been offered, I would not have required the late check-out or airport transfer.) I also requested a meeting with the General Manager, but they avoided it, citing an event and not working on Saturdays. Therefore, promised a meeting with a senior staff member at 9 AM the next day, but no one showed up at that time. I felt completely ignored. How can a hotel handle commitments to customers in this way? The purpose of staying at a hotel is to rest and sleep, and guests pay for this. My family and I were unable to sleep properly due to the stress caused by the mouse, ultimately failing to achieve the purpose of our hotel stay. It is incomprehensible to me that a refund or room discount could not be provided under these circumstances. Having traveled overseas for a vacation, my experience at Mövenpick was far from satisfactory and ruined my holiday. I will never visit this place again and will not recommend it to my family, friends, or colleagues. This was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing hotel experience.

Good food and nice restaurant for daily breakfast. The staff (Helen) is friendly. Breakfast at Movenpick Phu Quoc is a delightful experience. The buffet typically features a wide array of options, including freshly baked pastries, a variety of bread, and a selection of cheeses and cold cuts. You’ll also find a range of hot dishes, such as scrambled eggs, bacon, and local specialties. Fresh fruits, yogurt, and an assortment of cereals are usually available for a lighter start. The setting is often relaxed and elegant, with an emphasis on both international and local flavors, offering something for every palate. The attentive service and beautiful surroundings enhance the overall dining experience.

Good premises, clean room, beautiful beach with sunset view. Big pool with kids zones and very nice pool restaurant Aura with tasty food and professional staff. Many thanks to Nam for excellent service and attentiveness to customers' requests.
