Its a great property but cold rather rude staff , specially the travel concierge and the morning breakfast staff ( at Islander restaurant) . Stayed here for 6 days with family from 1st to 7th Feb . Had two rooms but the moment (while checking in ) , I moved out of my booked mini Van , a travel concierge guy asked me to show the reservation. Outside the Hotel lobby . I hadnt even put my foot inside the resort and this guys says “ first show me ur reservation “ . This happened on 1st Feb ‘ 26 , around 4:30 pm . Apparently, any one and everyone who comes to that property will have a reservation made . This incident was so embarrassing and guess racially inclined . I hadn’t even entered and this guys asks me my reservation. Any how , next one comes the Cold staff at coffee section of the breakfast , Islander restaurant. Extremely rude . Specially the guy on duty on 3rd Feb . I mean they have such a great property , why dont teach the basic etiquettes to the staff . Staying at a resort with family , guess one expects good behavior in reciprocation .
Thank you for the warm hospitality and attentive service from Ni. Everything was excellent, and she took great care of us. We were very happy that all our requests were well supported by Dennis and the staff members Ngoc, Alice, and Mint, who were all professional and well-presented in their uniforms
