It was first trip to Vietnam. I stayed at a MOVENPICK hotel in Cam ranhk. I met a good man. His name was Tom. He helped me a lot. Many thanks to him and his team. I wish him to meet a lot of good people and stay the same responsive. Good luck my Vietnamian friend.

Nice location with spectaculr view. Hotel service is convinient and fast by using handy mobile application. Stayed 3 nights in pool villa and half day in residence. During checkout from pool villa then checkin to residence, hotel receptionist, Mei, helped a lot, and it was very fast and easy process.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this might not be the place for you. I will say, if you are traveling with kids and want them to be entertained around the clock, this is probably a good choice - ice cream at breakfast, bubbles in the pool in the afternoon (with pop music blasting), an hour during which you can eat all of the chocolate you want, and water slides. For me, this was way too much. It seemed there were large tour groups staying, the pop music blasting at the pool never ended, breakfast was packed, and the buffet was not good. The water slides were fun. My biggest gripe was that you either had to pay a deposit to cover meals and everything else you pay for here (right down to floaties for the pool) or you have to pay on the spot when you receive food (even at the pool or room service) or use a service/equipment (like a floaty). Somehow taking out my credit card for a transaction every time we wanted to enjoy something at the hotel did not have a calming effect. I can see why this is a popular hotel for some, but it did not work for us.

We were so happy to stay at this hotel, staff are very friendly and excellent service, We would like to say Thankyou very much, especially Ms Naomi is very helpful with excellent service from reception and Toan was driving us, nice, safe and friendly as well
