Mövenpick was so fun and a beautiful resort. Lots of pools as options and the design of the villa was spacious and private. Clean and good service. The resort couldn’t seem to accommodate breakfast for the full resort though, guests were taken to the event hall where an extra buffet was set up however it wasn’t a nice experience. I would think they should have another breakfast buffet set up in the beach restaurant or other restaurant on the resort so breakfast can be properly accommodated for everyone. It felt very busy and pushy and it was not nice. The food options and quality were however good. The other thing was the kids club is not good. It was small and felt very hectic. It would be nice to see a kids club with a relaxed environment and enough space. They said if you leave an under 5 year old there you (the adult) have to stay with them - what’s the point in that? It also meant there were a few random parents hanging out in the kids club so I did not feel safe even leaving my older children there. I would expect that they have a better system for a kids club so as a parent I can feel safe and confident leaving my children there for any amount of time.

Very comfortable, excellent services , good choices of food options . Huge property with various amenities. Taken care of all ages of guest . And accordingly all facilities provided. Staff is very courteous and polite . I truly enjoyed my time at Moven Pick. Cam ranh

I checked in today The front office Employees are very kind Asap feed backs too I am so happy to be here Thank you 체크인 했는데 직원분들이 너무 친절하네요 체크인 시간 전에 룸이 가능한지 메일로 연락준다고 해서 기다렸는데 시간보다 빨리 연락줘서 편하게 체크인했어요 아이들과 함께 온 여행이라 걱정했는데 덕분에 즐거운 여행이 될거같아요 남은시간도 재미있게 놀다갈게요

My family had a wonderful time at Movenpick CR: Cleanliness room, eco-friendly products, good breakfast, many activities for kids, good service. Especially, thanks to the hotel for a nice birthday cake for my daughter! She's really love it. **A bit disappointed regarding a bellman upon our check-out. He didn't help guest for luggages or even me & my daughter was bringing a big luggages in front of him.
