A real 5 star experience, in every which way!
The moment we arrived in reception we knew we were in for a treat. Tran the trainee was absolutely amazing.. He looked after all our needs perfectly and even noted it was my Birthday and arranged for a complimentary cake to be sent to our villa. Tran is management in the making, an excellent team member! The one bedroomed Villa was absolutely outstanding. You even get a pillow menu. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept in, we have been lucky to stay at some wonderful worldwide 5 star resorts. Spotlessly clean, stunning decor, we were really blown away. We enjoyed my Birthday dinner in the Tropicana Restaurant and Nhung was also brilliant at her job. The training within the Movenpick is top class! Nhung also offered a free slice of cheesecake and the staff sang 'Happy Birthday' A wonderful stay at an incredible hotel villa!

11 out of 10 for Hospitality .
One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed in, with attention to details being very obvious. I booked only for 1 night, and then extended twice for a stay of 7 nights in total. In the entire span of my stay, I did not need to leave the resort and hence took advantage of all the fantastic facilities here. Hospitality here is "11 out of 10" in my opinion. Whether in service, meals, beverages or the rooms themselves. Meals were delicious, indeed. Check in first in case weather conditions lead to beach closure on selected days. I appreciated how the hotel prioritized safety. Anyway, there are swimming pools across the resort, with views of the beautiful beach.

Overall Satisfied & would recommend this resort for families with kids.
We enjoyed our stay at Movenpick for the activities & the beach. The breakfast was enjoyable & Tropicana restaurant had great chefs who know how to cook good food. The staffs & buggy drivers were very friendly too. Only thing is that we’re not sure why our rooms were split up at the beginning of our ck ins & were required to pay an upgrade to be in the hotel with our other family who booked the same room online. The Condo we were in was dated & needed to be refurbished. We transferred to the hotel building which made our stay more comfortable.
