Jebel Ali Equestrian Club

Arabia's age-old association with horses continues to this day as Dubai stages the annual Dubai World Cup, local racing events, stable tours and horse riding experiences. In addition to private and group horse riding, the Jebel Ali Equestrian Club organises gymkhanas, dressage and jumping competitions on a seasonal basis. During school holidays young riders can sign up for ”Stable Management Mornings” and “Stable Sleepovers”.

Ski Dubai

The Dubai Autodrome and Business Park is one of the first fully integrated automotive and motor sportings facilities in the Middle East. In addition, an indoor and outdoor go-kart track is available, offering the latest generation of go-karts.

Fishing in Dubai

Thanks to its rich marine life, fishing was once the main resource for the local economy. Kingfish, red snapper, rock cod (the popular hammour), barracuda, sailfish and other species are often caught commercially and for sport. Fully equipped deep-sea fishing boats with a crew are available for hire. The best months for fishing are from October through April.
