Excellent service and kind staff.

The food was really great. The staff are kind and excellent. Even the cleaning staff are kind and excellent. Thank you Grace, Gloria, Stecy and James. I loved it. The cleanest toilets so far in all of Nairobi Hotels. The 2nd floor Baluba restraunt is serene, well lit and cozy. I love it there.

BALUBA (Movempick)

Carlawas is a very good person , he always fulfill our demands and he has a very good service . The breakfast is a very good place to go in Nairobi ( Movempick,Baluba), and carlawas is an excellent Waiter. Movempick hotel as well is an execelent hotel

Awesome dining experience at Movenpick Nairobi

The Baluba restaurant is awesome while the view restaurant has an amazing 360 degree view. The staff are very friendly. Great food. Great ambience. Well worth the price. Looking forward to coming back. The decor is also very good and provides a good atmosphere.

Service was great. James and Charles were very helpful and good with the group. The food has very good variety.

Great food variety Good ambience James and Charles were fantastic with their service Heated swimming pool. The children loved it. We got a private room for the family. Great facility in totality. Family friendly hotel and overall a good experience
