Brilliant Excellent Experience
Most Brilliant place to stay Brilliant curtious and excellent corciere staff reception relationship manager very curtious respectful humble and have a human touch Need to say special thanks to Debbie Hilary Bwombe Mercy Sarah Kelly and all who went a step ahead of their duty to make sure that our stay before & after our safari was comfortable specially as my daughter is special needs and they made sure she was most comfortable Our bags were los by airline and Hilary Debbie Mercy Debora did their best to make sure that we could get our luggage back before our start of safari The dinner and breakfast was brilliant and loads to choose from hot or cold Thanks 🙏 to the entire team and staff specially as my daughter was not well and they made sure that they got stuff which she would eat even if it was not there Most memorable stay we had Thank you one and all for making our stay great 😊

New years brunch at Movenpick,Baluba Restaurant
Our experience as a family that frequently visits Movenpick was so spectacular and beyond expectations! The staff were so kind and welcoming, especially Gerald and Yida, who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay for the brunch at the Baluba restaurant. We will definitely keep coming back.
