Excellent stay and exceptional service, a home away from home, perfect location and comfort, Unforgettable experience,
I would like to highlight the exceptional level of cooperation and friendliness exhibited by all the staff members, especially Mr. Benjamin. From the warm welcome at reception to the assistance provided in showing us to our room, Mr. Benjamin's professionalism and hospitality truly stood out. Furthermore, I found all other members of the staff to be equally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The cleanliness and maintenance of both the hotel and its surroundings were also commendable. Thank you once again for the pleasant stay. I look forward to the opportunity of visiting again in the future.

My stay
The rooms are very nice, clean and staff are very friendly. Particular recognition of Kwame the bell man from front office. Loved the service at breakfast. The breakfast menu needs to change as it was the same everyday and the whole week it was not exciting.

Definitely recommend
I really enjoy my trip at Mövenpick, the services were top notch from the beginning to the end ! The spaces are very well decorated and the temperature is very refreshing. The guest service was super reactive and the best part was really the hospitality, specially with Kwame & Moses at the entrance who made us feel very welcomed ! Perfect way to end the trip with the bus waiting for us and Christine who was very kind and bid us farewell’s

A great hotel in Accra
The Movenpick Ambassador came highly recommended. It didn't disappoint. The members of staff are exceedingly polite, friendly, and efficient. The food was great, too. All parts of the facility that I used - the room, the restaurants, the gym, and the lobby - were all clean and well maintained. Good internet speeds.
