A culinary journey inspired by the flavours of summer plums—fresh, refined and full of surprises. Throughout this seasonal menu, plum appears as a recurring thread, weaving together the rich heritage of Macanese cuisine with contemporary Asian influences. Featuring morel mushroom chicken siu mai, grouper dumplings with black truffle, taro dumplings filled with duck and plum sauce, Pan-seared Hokkaido scallop salad served with baby greens, fresh plums and honey-plum dressing; followed by handmade kale seafood noodles and slow-braised beef short ribs cooked for six hours with Port wine, Hoisin sauce and plums, with dessert being the Portuguese egg tart paired with plum yoghurt ice cream.
