1. Tickets are valid only for the specified event dates and cannot be carried over to future events.
2. Each ticket grants entry to designated areas and activities based on the package purchased.
3. Guests must present their tickets at the entrance or designated validation points to access activities.
4. Upon entry of Pico Fair, Kids will present their tickets and they will be given game tickets to use at any game booths.
5. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced, and re-entry will not be permitted.
6. Kids will be given three (3) chances/tries per play/ticket.
7. Winner will accumulate prize tickets that are redeemable for a prize to be claimed at the ticket booth.
8. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke tickets in cases of misconduct or violation of event rules.

1. First-come, first-served basis; until ticket supply lasts.
2. Children must be accompanied by an adult of all times.
3. The elephant slide will have a height limit or must be used with adult supervision.
4. Respect and discipline are expected, children must wait for their turn.
5. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable if lost or damaged.
6. This is an outdoor event and is subject to weather conditions. In case of rain, an alternative indoor play area will be designated. However, some activities or services may not be available.
7. Management reservos the right to modify the schedule due to uncontrollable events.
8. By purchasing this ticket, the buyer, as the adult parent/guardian of the child, agrees to release Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay from any liability for accidents or injuries that may occur during play. The parent/guardian fully accepts and agrees that it is their primary responsibility to supervise and monitor their child at all times.
