For adventurers who prefer a slightly easier river run, the Ayung River in Ubud is a 90-minute drive from Jimbaran. Along the way you will see lush tropical rainforest, cliffs and caves.

Mount Batur volcano is one of the island's sacred mountains according to Balinese Hinduism. At approximately 1,717 metres above sea level, it offers an unforgettable sunrise view from the top.

Mount Agung is the highest mountain in Bali at 3,142 metres above sea level. The summit of the mountain can be reached from either Besakih Temple or Pasar Agung Temple.
