Definitely recommend
I really enjoy my trip at Mövenpick, the services were top notch from the beginning to the end ! The spaces are very well decorated and the temperature is very refreshing. The guest service was super reactive and the best part was really the hospitality, specially with Kwame & Moses at the entrance who made us feel very welcomed ! Perfect way to end the trip with the bus waiting for us and Christine who was very kind and bid us farewell’s

A great hotel in Accra
The Movenpick Ambassador came highly recommended. It didn't disappoint. The members of staff are exceedingly polite, friendly, and efficient. The food was great, too. All parts of the facility that I used - the room, the restaurants, the gym, and the lobby - were all clean and well maintained. Good internet speeds.

5 star but not exceptional for me!
The best part of my stay was the restaurant. I enjoyed the food and the day I couldn't eat and asked that my breakfast be packed for me was excellent. However, the bathroom needed a bit more attention. For instance, the edges of the bath was black and the second day, I did not have a floor mat. The staff were all smiles and the manager on duty was helpful when I encountered a challenge around the pool area when a staff who questioned my presence there. I think staff shouldn't discriminate irrespective of colour or purpose at the hotel. Once you are a guest, you should be treated with care. I would have ranked 5 but for these few challenges included the rooms being too cold, I rank 4 having at the back of my mind that 5 star rated hotel should be exceptional.

Easter visits 2024 & 2025
Easter 2024: swimming day The experience should have been a 5 star, but i gave 4 due to different factors. Overall, guests should have a 5 star experience here because one pays more for the services, whether one is staying there, eating there, or just swimming there. It is also very crucial that staff do not differentiate between blacks, Chinese/whites in terms of the service given. Yes, I saw that happening, and I gave my feedback. My feedback was given to all the staff I engaged with on my visit. I love to serve and make sure the customer is coming back. I hope all your staff strive to do the same. Easter 2025: 2nights stay-cation updated with room 4stars Overall service is 4 star due to the room and rhe fact that we were 2 people checking in but the items in the room was set up for one and the minibar was empty. For a 5 star, I expected it from more. My feedback about to the employees in 2025 is always smile!
