My stay at the Movenpick was phenomenal . The Staff greeted me like I was royalty, from the moment I arrived. I was met with a bouquet of flowers, a cool drink, and a welcome sash. My room accommodates were top notch . I had a full range of toiletries in the bathroom, robe and slippers. The bed , pillows and sheets were very comfortable and clean. The restaurant had a large variety of food choices for all dietary needs. Every choice I made was delicious. The staff throughout the entire hotel were extraordinary. They greeted me with a smile and addressed my needs with professionalism , kindness and urgency. The pool area felt like I was in a tropical oasis, although I was in the middle of a city. I highly recommend The Movenpick as the best accommodations in Accra Ghana.

From March 2nd to March 14th, my partner and I brought a group of over 200 people to Accra, Ghana and our experience at the Mövenpick Hotel was nothing short of spectacular! While we explored various accommodations, Mövenpick proved to be the ultimate choice, perfectly catering to all our group’s needs. From the moment we arrived, the Mövenpick team rolled out the red carpet. The check-in process was hands down the most professional, efficient, and welcoming experience we’ve ever encountered. Every single staff member—from the doormen and reception to the restaurant, room service, housekeeping, and hospitality departments—exuded warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality and how about the staff sang a welcoming song to us upon our arrival. Amazing! The food? Absolutely delicious. The rooms? Immaculate and luxurious. And let’s not forget the stunning pool area—a true oasis where we relaxed and soaked up the sun. Every aspect of our 10-day stay was flawless, with not a single complaint. Oh wait, one complaint…. We needed to stay longer!! Huge shoutout to Mr. Rohit Makhija, Assistant Manager, and Mr. Isaac, Head Manager, along with their phenomenal team, for making this trip truly unforgettable. Their commitment to excellence set a new standard for hospitality! If you’re planning a trip to Ghana, do yourself a favor and stay at the Mövenpick Hotel. Their impeccable service, beautiful amenities, and dedication to creating an extraordinary experience make it a must. We’re already excited to bring more guests there in 2026! Easily a perfect 10 out of 10.

What a good experience!! I really liked it! We had a lot of choices of food...Meal, desserts, cocktail juices Then the waiters (especially Nora) ... how they were so friendly and the dance show, the orchestr, the singer... every thing was great!!

We have visited movenpick pool as a family quite frequently over the past 12 years for the excellent pool / nice gardens/ company and tranquility. This is now completely ruined by a ridiculously loud DJ blasting out entirely inappropriate music on crappy old speakers at full volume. Tracks with profane lyrics including f**k / b**tch/N***a are being blasted out in a nice environment with predominantly families with kids is just incomprehensible. No customer wants this and is offended by such lyrics and a complete misinterpretation of what constitutes a nice family atmosphere. Not only that but the DJ competes with the music already playing at the restaurant. Many guests including me stepped in to ask the music to be turned down and not to play such profane lyrics. So they comply for an hour or so then start again. It’s ridiculous - so forget my business movenpick as I will go to Labadi beach which respects its customers and is sensitive to their needs. Goodbye after 12 years of my custom….

This was my first visit to Accra Ghana and I truly appreciated the staff at Movebpick. They were kind and helpful. I had quite a few of my favorites like Joshua made my eggs over easy perfectly. Emanuell A. Knew my coffee order before I even made it to the coffee counter. Beverly greeted me with such a beautiful smile and great style. Nora was so sweet and made sure I got everything I needed it. And Dennis was nothing but a sweetheart and checked on me with a smile and kindness like a was his favorite auntie and when Joshua wasn’t around there was Vivian who was just delightful.. and the art on every single floor was amazing. Yes, I snuck onto every single floor and checked out the art finding out at the end that it was all for sale. Oh my God it was gorgeous every floor had a special thing going on.. Samuel tried his best when I had a typhoon with the laundry that was not completely explained to me when it was picked up. That was the only downfall movenpick need to do better with explaining the laundry service specially people that are coming from America. And let’s not forget our tour guys from such an amazing company… Afro Nyanka Tours.. Ni and Kwesi very educated with a lot of humor and personality that I truly appreciate it. And a driver chief had skills he was going through those small narrow streets like he was driving a a small car. It was amazing how we was pushing that bus. Let’s not forget Mr Smith from another bus, but was truly helpful and kind to us on bus five he took care of anything on the backend for us.
