Excellent Service/ Emmanuel A
I’m really just here to tell yall about the service! Emanuel A, don’t forget the A! He greeted me every morning with a smile, he recalled my breakfast order everyday and he made me feel at home! I might miss him lol. But all around the hotel service was top tier. Pretty property, the rooms however, very dated, bed kinda painful!

Exceptions Experience
Our stay was amazing! It all started when we were in the parking lot. We were greeted with genuine concern. Our room was clean, spacious and gorgeous. Wonderful Hotel
The staff was great. Moises was helpful in providing insight beforehand of the areas we were visiting. The facility was beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. The foot reflexology at the spa after a long day of touring was great, as well as the food at the on-site restaurant.

All around amazing hotel experience.
My experience at Mövenpick has been absolutely Amazing, just all around exceptional!!! From my 1st encounter with Moses as I walked into the hotel. Moses could not have been more pleasant and accommodating, as well as every staff I encountered from the front desk to every aspect of this beautiful hotel.

Best Staff and Hotel Service in the World!
This hotel was amazing. Everything is onsite. Restaurants, laundry service, salon, stores, massage spa, large gym, pharmacy and etc. The staff was the best I’ve had at a hotel. Moses definitely made the experience even better upon arrival. He brings you into the hotel family and he and the other staff ensure to make you feel like you’re home with your family!
