A good place to do business in a relaxed environment.
Great service! Attentive, professional and friendly. George and his team do a great job in ensuring you get what you need, when you need it. They are always helpful and go an extra mile to meet your requirements. Great crew! Food was good and varied and drinks selection is adequate.

OK, but rooms need renovation
Good location, very good breakfast buffet, the pool is very nice and well kept, very friendly staff, but the rooms do need to be updated. For what a hotel like this promises, the rooms do not deliver. Hence, stay was fully OK, but still a somewhat mixed impression overall.

Visiting from America. Movenpick is nice upscale, artsy, and contemporary, hotel that gives you a metropolitan vibe. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff are a group of professional customer service experts that went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Samuel, in the executive suite, is the epitome of a professional customer service provider. 5 stars all the way around.

Mixed experiences
The experience was awesome as usual. The upgraded restaurant was top-notch with variety of delicious dishes. I had a swell time all through. Frank was at his best with excellent customer service all through our stay. However, I had a bitter experience and feel cheated by the Taxi Service Stand. I requested a ride, paid for the service and the driver kept delaying us that he needs to do paper work. While delaying us, our driver arrived but we still chose to ride with him, when the driver came back into the car, he had an unbeatable stench we couldn't bear, so we asked him to return back to the reception. I asked for a refund payment but was denied. I want my refund, please. The service was not delivered and I can't pay $35 for nothing. I can be reached on 2348033761002. Thank you
