Amazing experience - Great Customer Service
Incredible experience. From the moment you step into the hotel, they take care of you. I only stayed for one night in transit, but what an amazing experience. Always a kind word, a lot of attentiveness, and an exquisite breakfast. In short, I highly recommend it!

Mixed experience
I had a mixed experience recently with the Movenpick. Good location, big pool, nice lobby and restaurant. Staff generally around the hotel were friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping staff. However, the room felt quite dated, smelled a bit stale and my air conditioning did not work well. The reception staff were not friendly at all and downright rude when I left after asking questions about my final invoice. I'd think twice about staying here again.

A Lovely Experience
Overall, I had a lovely experience. The atmosphere is very pleasing to the eye. The temperate was just right. There weren’t too many people while I was there. Wonderful service, a diverse menu, and excellent flavors. I’m very happy I chose this hotel and that this restaurant has such delicious options!

Top restaurant to dine
The food I had at the hotel was very nice. I ordered jollof rice and chicken and it came well dressed. The plus is that the attendants at the restaurant are very courteous - always eager to make sure guests have the very best of experience. The ambience is also fantastic...

Wonderful Stay, Wonderful Experience
The service and hospitality was impeccable! The hotel has been well maintained and facilities around the hotel were user friendly. From the moment i step into the hotel till the time i left, I see smiley faces from all the staffs. Special thank you to Patricia and Nicholas for taking good care of me and also special thank you to ALL the service staff at the executive lounge. You took care of me to a Tee! Excellent work and will be back again soon.
