Very nice: good location on beach, spacious room, great bed, good food, and great staff. I left before breakfast on my last day and they prepared a great breakfast bag for me to take to airport, and they offered it without me even asking. So, really nearly everything was great. Only 3 downsides, one of them big, two of them small: The big one: you need a better 'health club': Right now, you only have cardio equipment and much of it is old. An internationally-oriented 5-star hotel these days needs weight training machines (2 towers) and dumbells, this is the only thing that is really not acceptable and hotels like The Regency 700 m down the road do that much better. The smaller things: I stayed from more than a week and on all days but 1 you could have lunch only from a set of 4 menus that never changed, which is too little variation. Smallest thing: your room cleaning staff had weird towel policies: why did they take towels away and not replace them? Why did they remove my bathrobe on day 4?
This is my second stay at this hotel. I came back because the staff, especially Sarah at breakfast, are so welcoming and the location is excellent. The rooms are immaculately clean. The food was great and overall it is very good value. I shall be coming back!

Amazing staff and enjoy my stay here with my family. We had an amazing experience at the Breeze Restaurant buffet. Sarah, Sawaj and Jasser were wonderful staff, along with the whole team, and highly recommend anyone to stay here when visiting kuwait.
