The entire staff has been exceptionally helpful and kind. Facility is well kept. Be it the desk staff, concierge, housekeeper, or restaurant staff, all have been very polite. I had a nice conversation with the general manager. A long business trip made enjoyable

Amazing customer service fantastic staff and beautiful ambience of Movenpick Free Zone. I came last evening and was received by Njemi what an amazing person. There was a confusion on my booking but she made sure with her beautiful smile got my accommodation sorted and upgraded me too. At check out again another wonderful person Mary who with her cordiality made the check out a nice experience making me feel to be back soon again.

The hospitality is perfect all the staff are very asissting specially the reception miss marry and miss njeri. The brwakfast is very tasty i just want to suggest to make vaeiety of food. And housekeeping are very good and nice all staff are smiling good
