Stayed overnight to sleep. At 230 in morning the air-conditioning broke. A guy came to mend it and took 30 min. Then the air-conditioning was not cooling. The lights in bathroom were turning on and off automatically as if it was a haunted place. Was awake all night so wasted £56 for no reason! Complaints dept does not exist. No refund or apology from them. Avoid if u can.

"5-star" hotel with poor cleanliness, no internet, and rude staff. Vermin in rooms and behind reception. Not recommended unless you enjoy such conditions. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. Find somewhere else, enough cheaper and nicer places around the airport!

A great open fresh building with a grand feeling and excellent staff.rooms large and most comfortable an ideal place for a transit stay.sadly our 0530 wake up call did not happen.our flight departed at 0910 we awoke at 0740 for an 8 hour flight home.arrived at the airport un shaved un showered and almost a heat attack.in future will carry an alarm clock.the property is well worth a visit.

This hotel was our saviour after a shocking 2 day ordeal with Air Asia, we had paid to stay in the city but after a poor response we decided to call from the airport and stay here and how glad we were. Mohamad and Mr Sivan picked us up from the airport and entertained two very tired and grumpy kids while we checked in. The architecture is what initially draws people but I have to say their hospitality is what did it for me. It has a mosque nearby and listening call to prayer was beautiful, note this is a dry hotel so no alcohol - please bring your own. The rooms are spacious and well serviced were staying on way home to we liked it that much

Email corresponds with hotel had been fast and responsive. Reserved a spot for the shuttle via email as i arrived at the night in KL airport. It would be good if Movenpick had its own van and drivers as i had to constantly trying to spot the bus whether it arriving. It about a 10 mins drive away from the airport. Upon arrival the first impression was great with the entrance and a majestic looking lobby area. However, the room and toilet had much to touch up on. Blacken or caulk came off from the basin, slow flowing water off the sink, dirty looking walls and creaking noise of cupboards. It hard to believe its a 5 stars hotel from the looks of the above mentioned. Luckily Hotel breakfast is not bad with a wide range of variety though. I had read about the no alcohol serving but no issue with me. Air con cooling is fine and great! It a pity that I did not have the chance to try the chocolate hour as i read from this reviews. As I stayed in this hotel with very good promotion price, gave it a 4 stars as it is still not too bad if you are here for short business trip or transit.
