  • For groups with a total turnover of 5,000 Euro*:
    1 welcome drink for the conference participants included (smoothie, coffee, soft drink).
  • For groups with a total turnover of  15,000 Euro*:
    1 sweet coffee and cake break     for conference participants included (cold and hot drinks, snacks Chef’s Choice).
  • For groups with a total turnover of 50,000 Euro*:
    1 sweet coffee and cake break     for conference participants included (cold and hot drinks, snacks Chef’s Choice) as well as 2 soft drinks in the morning and afternoon in the conference room per participant.
  • A 50 Euro F&B Voucher at the free disposal of the conference organizer (speaker, panel participant or similar).

 

Packages bookable on demand and subject to availability in the following event period:

  • Bookable: 17 April, 2023 – 31 December, 2023
  • Period of stay: 17 April, 2023 – 31 March, 2024

The voucher must be redeemed by 31 December, 2024 in the issuing hotel.
