Eligibility
- Applicable for: Social Events (Birthday celebrations, Anniversaries, etc); weddings; corporate meetings & events; business groups with minimum of 8 participants
- An event/meeting space operated and managed by the hotel
- Food and beverage operated by the hotel’s restaurants or catering/banquet service
- A Master Agreement ( contract) is signed between the hotel and the organizer (the main signatory is the main beneficiary of the MP reward points unless otherwise stated*). The agreement stipulates all charges back to Master.
Eligible expenses to earn reward points include:
- Meeting room rental
- Food and beverage (F&B banquets)
- Accommodation
- Eligible incidentals of participants, if paid by meeting/event organizer
- A/V if operated and owned by Hotel (at Hotel’s Discretion)
- Non-eligible expenses include: Taxes, service charges, tips, outsourced or subcontracted expenses are NOT eligible. (eg. equipment rental, staff hire, …)
NOTE:
- Without a contract and Master Account set up, the booking is simply a Restaurant reservation.
- Client can nominate another MP to collect points for the event.
- Split of points between event organizer and end client is also possible.
