Located on the Ground Floor of Mövenpick Hotel Windhoek, just off the main lobby, are three versatile conference rooms, ideal for events ranging from 40 to 80 delegates. On the lower Ground Floor, an additional eight conference venues accommodate meetings and conferences for 10 to 90 delegates.

Adjacent to the hotel is the Windhoek International Convention Centre, Namibia’s largest conference venue and an integral part of our facility. This impressive convention center boasts 15 adaptable venues of various sizes, easily customizable to accommodate your requirements for larger events.
