The room was very spacious but it had a very foul smell. Breakfast was good but definitely not worth the price (around 70 ringgit per person). The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, a few minutes from the airport. It is reasonable to stay here only if you want to stay close to the airport for one night, otherwise better spend your money elsewhere. Friendly and professional staff.

This facility meets the expectation but fails to impress. Besides its architecture & hospitality there’s nothing else to write about. F&B choice is limited. The hotel follows Islamic rules so strictly no alcohol or smoking. Even the swimming pools are different for men & women. The rooms are clean. For some strange reason the air conditioning does not maintain the set temperature. It’s a safe & comfortable hotel to stay with the family.

I checked in 21st.November.24 room 7214 very nice room best birthday gift. I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone for making my stay memorable. I was in Malaysia for 10nights staying in 5 different hotels this was the last hotel but the BEST 🔥 🔥 🔥 I would like to thank a lady who checked me in but I can't remember her name. Mr. Sangar Gopal Shawne the loyalty manager thank you very very much for the lovely stay I really enjoyed the free upgrade the birthday decorations in my room that was very lovely and made sure I was at home. THANK YOU. To my driver Mr. Ravi thank you for the assistance through the security check until I managed to board that was really VVIP experience you gave me. THANK YOU MR.RAVI. THANK YOU FOR THE BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT.

Close to the Airport, old and outdated. There is nothing Executive about the Executive Lounge. Shuttle Service is good but once again not on time.

Reception staff, cleaning people and restaurant, location near to airport, bus drop and pickup facility, pool etc...all make the hotel a must book one and consecutive 2 years, I am placed in this lovely hotel
