Quiet place for stay and transit, near airport and having shuttle services. Room was nice also concierge and FO staff was warm welcoming. Chocolate hours and lounge provided for elites. Thanks for the hospitality and wil be back again when transit and visiting Malaysia in short time.

It's a nice hotel - The building is iconic and the hotel is huge. Rooms are beautiful and as an Accor Diamond it was great BUT... The breakfast buffet was hugely underwhelming very poor quality of foods. Poorly executed dishes. Uncooked eggs. Dry chicken. A whole host of local items that are largely unpalatable. It such an extensive buffet with so many poorly executed dishes

location is very close to airport , service very nice , free shuttle to airport. very nice hotel in KLIA.

Thank you Movenpick for a most hospital stay with excellent an excellent room and pleasant breakfast. Unfortunately spoilt by a sub standard shuttle service . My flight into Terminal 1 from UK with MAS got in at 550pm I didnt get to my room till 920pm. Meaning I could not use any of the hotels facilities like gym swimming pool and spa which was closed on a Monday. Very disappointing if I had known I would have booked at the Sama Sama

I had a stopover in Kuala Lumpur with my family for a business meeting and the Mövenpick KLIA was the right decision for our plans. Unfortunately something went wrong regarding to the Airport transfer. However, this was dealt with professionally by the loyalty manager afterwards. This speaks for the high quality and management skills solving the incidents in the interests of the guest. My special thanks go to Mr. Shawne and thanks again for the birthday surprise and the effort during our stay in Mövenpick KLIA. Despite the transfer-incident, my expectations as a Diamond Customer of Accor were fully met. This once again shows the commitment to the well-being of the guest, which is very much appreciated. We had a good time in the hotel and were able to enjoy a really great dinner in the hotel restaurant, which we would definitely recommend. Thanks to Mr. Mckellen and his team for the excellent job. And last but not least, my special thanks to Ms. Linda, Assistant Cherish Manager, for the excellent pre-sale and support that I was able to take advantage of beforehand. She always tried to coordinate my stay with the team and I thank you very much for your attention. I will have a stopover in KL very soon and of course the Mövenpick KLIA will be my first choice.
