Room was very clean. Reception was friendly, they were fulfilling my demands rapid. Staffs were very helpful. The food in the restaurant is soo good. More specifically, the restaurant on the 1st floor. I felt it is great hotel, specially for business trip.
Amine was very helpful, polite and looked after us why we waited for our taxi to take us the airport. The staff are brilliant and very accommodating. We was looked after with de-caff coffee and sandwiches. We was here having an operation and the staff served us in our seats to save us going to the bar.
One of the best properties in Istanbul. We were welcomed at the reception by Burak , who promptly helped us with the check in. The room was clean and wonderful. The breakfast was very good and special thanks to Tuncay, Sude, Omer, Fatih and Kadir at breakfast area for their amazing services. A special mention of Sule at Arca restaurant who was extremely courteous and helpful in making our evening wonderful. The staff will go out of the way to help you. Eren at the concierge helped us plan our daily trips to the city. Thank you Tuncay, Sude, Omer, Fatih, Kadir, Sule, Eran and Burak. You all are most amazing people.
Friendly staff . Good size rooms. Restaurant food is very good and people there are very helpful and always smiling like Omer T and Frila. It is worth coming and staying in this hotel . View from the window is priceless and deserves choosing these rooms.
I want to thanks Amine for her great bartending service. Excellent coffee service, whiskey service. Masallah it was a very good time we spent at hotel lobby. We are going to visit there one more time before we leave. definite recommendation
