The ice mocca It’s very good and delicious and turkish coffee it’s good. Thank you so much , and hotel it’s good and service nice, and ice white mocca good but too much milk and little coffee but ice mocca good, and service amine very good thank you
Wonderful hotel. Great cafe at the lobby. Attentive service by Yusuf, Amine and ilayda and delicious food. Ordered cappuccino and some cakes. Spacious, relaxing with comfortable seating. Highly recommended cafe and hotel in general.
Omg! What a great experience. Totally love this hotel, restaurant and the spa. Stayed here for a total of 4 nights and it was the best. Staff were friendly at front desk and restaurant. The staff at the restaurant gave a 100% service at all times, super friendly with children and made you feel special. A special mention of Erdal in the restaurant. He was so lovely and attentive. If you stay at this hotel pls do the Turkish bath package, I have never felt so relaxed. Really worth it but just remember to ask the masseur if you are finished as they leave you there to relax and I spent 30mins wondering where she went and if I was done.
Amine is the best bartender! She goes out of her way to give the best service and is extremely nice. Amine gave great recommendations for activities in Istanbul. Îlayda also does a great job. I hope to have them again!
I found Ilhan Kaplanglu, the Duty Manager, really helpful and very friendly. His customer service was excellent. He was very welcoming when I arrived at the hotel. I also very impressed with Fuat and Ilyola, who both were very helpful and friendly.
