Over all experience was awesome.. Nice facilties The food is good at fork nife restaurant and the staff is well manered and helpful thank you Ill recommend this hotel to every couple and families great hospitality

Stayed here in June 2022 during a long layover. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Their airport transportation service was really good. Hotel is centrally located in west bay. Breakfast and dinner was good. At the time of my stay there was construction going on in the hotel but didn’t bother me.

I stayed here for 2 weeks on a business trip, unfortunately I will not be returning based on my experience. -The Food Quality (Room Service) in the hotel is poor, if you had a long day at work and want a good meal delivered to the room, it is better to use a delivery service. -The Water takes a very long time to heat up, so you have to run the shower for several minutes sometimes just to take your hot shower. There is a ton of construction around the hotel, if you are sensitive to noise, do not stay here until the construction is completed. It is also inconvenient with transportations, my uber drivers were constantly required to take u-turns, change directions, etc. On a positive note, the housekeeping team is very solid & efficient, friendly too. Reception team is also very friendly, the Guest Relations desk (during the day shift) not so much.

4 week stay for business. very friendly staff, comfortable bed. Location at back of hotel has many construction sites but this is the case in many places in Doha. Very good breakfast buffet Staff very kind. Farooz even asking the Chef to ensure a particular dish was included on the menu the following day and Nileem remembered my coffee order each morning. Indoor pool with great views, well equipped gym and nail salon on top floor. Short taxi ride from DECC metro station ( need to wear mask) and city centre mall

Stayed in this hotel which was quite a nice alternative to the slightly overpriced hotels around. Very nice and customer centric service, good breakfast offering a great variety in local and international food. Just be aware that no alcohol is served in this hotel. Location is nice too but when days are hot get a blue (government) taxi even for short distances.
